Road Atlas: Peter Broderick (Part 1)
This Autumn sees the European live return of Portland Oregon-native Peter Broderick, joined by a full-band lineup with special guest Loch Lomond (USA/Chemikal Undergorund). “(Colours Of The Night) Satellite” is the new EP from Peter Broderick. The Portland-based singer-songwriter, composer and multi-instrumentalist’s first song-based release in two years will be available on Monday 13th October on Bella Union. Tonight marks the beginning of Broderick’s extensive tour where he performs in Basel’s Paterre Club. We’re delighted to present the first in a series of tour entries by Peter for our Road Atlas series.

It’s the first day of the tour and we’re in Basel, Switzerland. Shortly after we arrived I met this very friendly orange character on the street! I take it as a good omen. The people at the venue tonight (Parterre) are so friendly. In the backstage there are free postcards and a note that says they will even send them for the artists, in case there is someone back home you are missing and would like to write to. What a lovely idea! Such a simple detail, but it really means a lot.

04 Oct St Gallen / Palace / Switzerland
